About the Business
I wish to express my own personal policy regarding Olivers, I have for a long time been aware of the general unsavoury reputation that estate agents have obtained historically, some justified and some I suspect unwarranted. I personally want to change this reputation through Olivers. My promise to existing and future customers, is to ensure that all clients will always receive, courteous, respectful help and advice together with very clear, easy to read documents regarding contracts and costs.
There will be no hidden charges. I want this to be a pleasurable experience for all and would ask for and welcome all comments and feedback that will help me to achieve this goal.
